This policy is operated by Nathan Breeden.

1. How payments work

You can pay with PayPal or by credit or debit card through Square. You enter payment details on the provider's own secure page. We never receive, process or store your full card number or CVV. We receive only confirmation details such as a transaction reference, amount and status.

2. Prices and taxes

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and are set by us at the time of purchase. Your bank may charge foreign exchange or other fees. [LEGAL REVIEW: determine sales tax, VAT or GST duties on digital goods in your state and in the countries you sell to. Prices may need to include or add tax.]

3. Confirmation and delivery

An order is complete only after the payment provider confirms it to our servers. A purchase is never delivered based only on returning to our website. Delivery is automatic after that. Items that run on the game server may wait until you are online.

4. Failed, pending or abandoned payments

If a payment fails, is cancelled or cannot be verified, nothing is delivered. Pending payments are checked automatically. Unfinished checkouts expire after 2 days.

5. Purchaser requirements

You must be authorised to use the payment method. If you are a minor, you need permission from a parent or guardian. Purchases must be linked to a Minecraft account you control, so items reach the right player.

6. Refunds and disputes

See the Refund Policy. If a payment is refunded, reversed or disputed, the related item may be removed automatically.

7. Fraud prevention

We may refuse, cancel or investigate orders we reasonably suspect are fraudulent. Provider decisions, including holds, are outside our control.

8. Providers' terms

Your payment is also governed by PayPal's and Square's own terms and privacy policies.

9. Records

We keep order records for the period stated in the Privacy Policy.
